Hey, mama. We see you. You have worked harder than ever this year to love your family well in the middle of a million pivots. If you’re a mom — or if you know a mom you’d like to honor! — we have three opportunities for you to celebrate this weekend.

🖤 MOM + ME YOGA FLOW — Friday, May 7 at 4:30pm. This class is for ages 12+, and each spot reserves space for you AND your guest. Bring your daughter, your mom, or any other lady you'd like to honor for Mother's Day weekend!

🖤 MOM + ME BOUNCE — Saturday, May 8 at 9:00am. Mamas, bring your 6-12 year olds to this high-energy, fun-filled Bounce class! It's a great way to have fun together. Each registration reserves a spot for you AND your child.

🖤 MOTHER’S DAY FLOW — Saturday, May 8 at 12:30pm. This one is for moms only! 🙌🏼 Pamper the mama in your life by bringing her to this "me time" class, full of encouragement, mediation and vinyasa that will leave her relaxed and refreshed. (And yes, mom, you can absolutely sign YOURSELF up!)

All three of these classes are available on our app + website now, but space is limited, so sign up now! We can’t wait to celebrate the amazing women in our lives.
